Yoga

Yoga is complex to define because it’s a bit different to each person, but generally it’s a system to better yourself, be it physically, spiritually or emotionally. There are different forms of Yoga and most if not all of them incorporate some type of breathing into the routine. To a lot of people it’s a workout (Asana) to others it’s a way of connecting to something beyond themselves (Samadhi) or simply breathing better ( Pranayama).

 

Meditation

Meditation is a mental exercise that includes choosing one thing and focusing on it… or perhaps choosing to focus on nothing and clearing the mind. Meditating can different for everyone with the goals being different. Meditating correctly will cause you to let go of indulging every single thought, feeling or mental state.
